Shipping:

All items ship through UPS.  Shipping speeds are First Class, Priority, or Express mail.  We ship to most countries outside of the United States, but if you would like to ask about your specific country please email quartermaster@chinapost1.org

Exchanges:

We will gladly accept a product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of invoice.  Please note that this does not apply to all of our products.  Certain items cannot be exchanged.  If you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong size, wrong color, wrong type, etc., or because you are not satisfied with the product, you will be charged our standard shipping costs to have the exchanged product shipped back to you.  Exchanges are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it.  Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf.  This includes the item and its packaging. Please follow our guidelines below when returning a product.

Returns:

Please contact us at quartermaster@chinapost1.org for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.  Please provide a note with your name, order number, order date, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and the reason you are returning the product.

The cost of shipping your order to you, will be deducted from any refund given.  For example, if your order was $24.95 plus $6.50 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item, which is $24.95.
